Where did they learn to be such rude drivers? :=) I even got flipped off by an old guy last week. it was in Eugene so let's call him an old hippie!

Michelle just got her license April 2 - now if she can find her away around town, we'll even be able to have her drive the car! She got lost last Friday and ended up calling me from a car lot! She doesn't have a cell phone yet, which seemed to be a call to action to us to get her one. she was all weepy and the car salesmen had taken her in, given her pop and parked her in front of a tv like she was 5 years old! julieAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7211722496888745635.post-48625012245461075872008-04-13T03:19:00.000-04:002008-04-13T03:19:00.000-04:00My daughters scold me when I get too vocal:"Mama, ...My daughters scold me when I get too vocal:

"Mama, that's not nice."

"Mama, we don't SAY 'stupid,' remember?"

"Mama, what does that word mean?"fooleryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14437690389824744691noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7211722496888745635.post-23379872904416036632008-04-12T16:34:00.000-04:002008-04-12T16:34:00.000-04:00Yes I have seen that one on cars here in Tassie, I...Yes I have seen that one on cars here in Tassie, I also saw an elderly man's response sticker that said:

"I'd rather be an old fart than a young D**khead"Tonyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10975458884777287672noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7211722496888745635.post-43834142449596272252008-04-09T20:31:00.000-04:002008-04-09T20:31:00.000-04:00This comment has been removed by a blog administrator.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7211722496888745635.post-3714388480829201102008-04-09T10:32:00.000-04:002008-04-09T10:32:00.000-04:00I have to laugh about your loud music sign. Although hubby goes louder than I do.

We went to a concert a couple of months ago and it was SUPER LOUD. Our kids would've hated it. How silly is that?!?!

I did tell them that they didn't need to feel bad, because ultimately, they were protecting their ears and hearing by NOT listening the way we used to and sometimes still do. Recently my daughter asked me why I call everyone "buddy" or "grandma" when I'm driving. I had no idea I did that. I complain to my son that I can hear his car radio before I ever see him pulling into the lot. He just laughs it off.

I'll be shouting to him when he's in his 30s, I'm sure.

But then again, I went to Who concerts when I was young. Yeah, I have a little hearing loss to show for it but boy was it fun!

Peace - DRiverPoethttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01846730934649303857noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7211722496888745635.post-86574687290384649922008-04-08T00:17:00.000-04:002008-04-08T00:17:00.000-04:00Oh it's scary when all these things start happenin...Oh it's scary when all these things start happening.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
